From the BROOM import dialog use the Browse button and select the particular exported BROOM XML data files to import. You can select any of the individual XML data files ( Building , Samples , Zones ) and the import dialog will automatically fill the rest of the fields.
The last option to configure is the particular floor to import. Some BROOM projects contain more than one floor. You can specify the particular floor to import by using the drop down box.
Finally, hit OK and the BROOM project will be converted and a VSP project will be created.
