This dialog allows you to create a new set or edit an existing set of contour lines for a Raster Data set.
When creating a new set of contours, the following controls are initialized based on the Color Legend that corresponds to the Raster Data set:
Number of contours to create
Minimum contour value
Maximum contour value
After these items are adjusted, press the Make List of button to fill the list with the Cutoff levels and Colors of the desired contours. Individual contours can then be removed from the list by clicking the corresponding Remove button.
When the list has been adjusted to suit your needs, press the Create button to create the contour lines on the map. Once created, the contours can be controlled from the Layer Control Bar.
