This command cuts holes in the containing sample area to match the contained sample areas. This is useful for ensuring that there is no sample areas overlap. It only works for sample areas that are completely enclosed by another sample area.
In the example below, the red area is cut out from the orange area and the orange area is cut out from the yellow area. After completing the cut out, no part of the sample areas overlap each other.
