When the Null Hypothesis = Site is clean:

The chance of deciding a dirty survey unit is clean when the true difference of means or medians is equal to the upper bound of the gray region. Example: If Beta= 20%, then there will be no more than a 20% chance of erroneously concluding that a survey unit is clean when the true difference of means or medians is greater than or equal to the upper bound of the gray region.
