Width of Gray Region (Delta) / Lower Bound of Gray Region / Upper Bound of Gray Region

When the Null Hypothesis = Site is clean:

The Gray Region is the range of true proportions where the consequences of deciding a dirty site is clean are considered relatively minor. The upper bound of the gray region is defined as the proportion where the human health, environmental, or political consequences of concluding that the site is clean are relatively significant. The Type II error rate is associated with the upper bound of the gray region.
