When VSP is calculating the optimal number of increments or analytical subsamples, this selector allows you to choose the priority for the optimal calculations:
Highest power for a fixed cost
Lowest cost for a given width of the gray region. This width is specified as Width (Delta), Lower bound of the Gray Region (LBGR), or Upper bound of the Gray Region (UBGR) – depending on your null hypothesis and input options.
These choices coincide with the optimal sampling inputs on the Cost page.
