If a background picture has been calibrated either through loading a world file or by manually calibrating the picture, this command will write a world file to save the picture calibration information that relates the background picture to the map coordinates.
If more than one background picture has been loaded, the picture calibration information from the first selected background image will be written to the world file. See the Layer Control Bar for details on selecting background pictures.
